Cowboys Who Care

Cowboy Bill Martin is the founder and proudly serves as President & CEO of the Cowboys Who Care Foundation. CWCF is a non-profit 501c3 organization that provides support, smiles, and FREE cowboy & cowgirl hats to kids with cancer & other life-threatening illnesses.

The Foundation started in 2010, and I joined the cause in 2011, traveling with Cowboy Bill to the many hospitals throughout the country to bring smiles and joys to the kids and parents as they go through very difficult times in their lives. I enjoy helping to put smiles on their faces as they go through life challenging difficulties in their lives. I believe Live to Laugh, Laugh to Live!
